1. Accessing the Application Portal

On the homepage, you will see three main tabs:

- Apply for Reservation

Click on Apply for Reservation → Apply Now
2. Completing the Application Form
Fill in the required details carefully:
- Student ID
- Preferred hostel
- Optional backup hostel (if your first choice is unavailable)
- Preferred room type (2-in-1 or 4-in-1)
- Accept the Hostels’ Terms and Conditions
Click Submit Form to proceed.
Important

3. Application Confirmation

- A green notification will appear on the screen.

4. Allocation Confirmation

Once payment is made into the university’s Access Bank account and disbursed in UFIS:
