Verification Steps for Existing UPSA Applicants
All WASSCE candidates who have already applied for admission must log in to the official UPSA Admission Portal to verify their application records. Accuracy is critical, as errors can delay or affect the admission process.

Step 2: Check and Confirm Your Details
Ensure all information matches your WASSCE data and personal records:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- WASSCE Index Number
- Examination Month and Year
Any inaccuracies should be corrected immediately to avoid processing issues.
SMS Notifications for Successful Applicants
Applicants who meet the admission criteria and are offered admission will receive an official SMS notification from UPSA.
If you do not receive any SMS notification, you are still required to check your admission status manually using your Online Serial Number (OSN), which is the 15-digit alphanumeric code on your e-voucher.

Important Notice for Prospective Applicants Yet to Apply
UPSA is still accepting applications for undergraduate and diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Where to Buy the E-Voucher (OSN)
You may purchase the Online Serial Number from any of these authorized points:

Alternatively, applicants can generate and purchase the e-voucher via mobile USSD:

Deadline for Application Submission
All applications must be completed and submitted before:
Friday, 12th December 2025 at 5:00 PM
Late applications will not be processed once the portal closes.
Conversion of Degree Application to Diploma
Applicants who obtained a D7 in any core subject will not qualify for degree programmes.
If this applies to you:
- Log back into your application portal
- Return to Step 3 of your application
- Convert your selected degree programme to a compatible diploma programme
This step must be completed before admissions are finalized.
